Maternity Matters | Return to work
This session is for those who’ve recently returned from maternity or adoptive leave – giving you tools and tactics to make a confident return to work. After the session, you can join our monthly group coaching sessions.
We discuss topics including values, boundaries, guilt, and self-care. It’s a very interactive workshop that gives you the chance to connect with other Mums who are returning to work. To get the most from the session, we recommend dialing in from somewhere quiet so that you can talk openly.
