Family Wellbeing | Me & Menopause – What’s going on with my body
Many women at this stage of life wonder what on earth is going on with their bodies. You may be eating and exercising in the same way, but not seeing any results. Suddenly your shape is changing and you don’t feel like you’re in control of your own body anymore.
So, to mark International Menopause Day we’re hosting an informal coffee morning for anyone who is currently going through perimenopause or menopause. It can be a lonely and confusing time, so we want to create a space where you can talk freely, share your stories, support one another – and be reassured that you’re most definitely not alone.
We’re going to be joined by a physical trainer and nutritionist who specialise in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. So do join us to hear their advice, and also get the chance to ask questions and share experiences within a confidential community.
